By accessing or using R3d Cup Entertainment services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchasing tickets.

About R3d Cup

R3d Cup Entertainment ("R3d Cup", "we", "us") operates redcup.net and provides DJ booking, event ticketing, and entertainment services. Contact: info@redcup.net

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), have read these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

DJ Booking Terms

ConfirmationA booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from R3d Cup and a deposit has been received.

DepositA non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Cancellation by client

More than 30 days before event: deposit retained, no further charge.
15–30 days before event: 75% of total fee is due.
Less than 15 days before event: 100% of total fee is due.

Cancellation by artistIn the rare event an artist cancels, R3d Cup will endeavour to provide a replacement of equivalent calibre. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued.

Rider & technicalThe client is responsible for providing equipment and conditions as agreed in the booking rider. Failure to do so may result in the performance being cancelled without refund.

Force majeureNeither party is liable for cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Event Tickets

PurchaseTicket purchases are final. Always verify event details before purchasing.

RefundsLive event tickets are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off right under Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(l). Refunds are at our discretion unless the event is cancelled by R3d Cup.

Cancelled eventsIf R3d Cup cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Postponed eventsIf an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of postponement announcement.

Age restrictionsEvents marked 18+ require valid ID at the door. R3d Cup and venues reserve the right to refuse entry.

Re-saleUnauthorised re-sale of tickets above face value is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

User Responsibilities

Accurate informationYou agree to provide accurate information in all forms and bookings.

Prohibited conductYou must not use our services to harass, defraud, or harm others; submit false information; or violate applicable laws.

Venue rulesWhen attending R3d Cup events, you agree to comply with the venue's rules and the directions of security staff.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on redcup.net — including audio sets, DJ mixes, photographs, logos, and written content — is the property of R3d Cup Entertainment or the respective artists, and is protected by copyright law.

DMCA Notice: R3d Cup respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@redcup.net including: your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, and a statement of good faith belief. We will respond and remove infringing content within 48 hours.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3d Cup Entertainment is not liable for:

— Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
— Loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
— Actions of third-party artists, venues, or service providers.
— Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability for any claim related to a booking or ticket shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific transaction.

Privacy & Cookies

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall first be referred to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

If you operate in or primarily serve the EU, you may also be subject to EU consumer protection law. EU residents retain their statutory rights.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
